Domestic Shipping Policy: Ground shipping (UPS Ground or Fedex Ground deliverable) within the lower 48 states starts at $5.00 and depends on the weight of your order and the shipping address. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, Rural Routes, and APO/FPO. These destinations are serviced by Priority Mail and the postage depends on the location and the weight of the order. We ship via Fedex Ground, UPS Ground and US Priority Mail. Most orders reach the customer within 3-7 business days. APO/FPO orders ship via US Priority Mail and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Deliveries requiring Post Office service (ie Post Office boxes, APO/FPO, Virgin Islands, AK or HI) in certain zip codes may require additional freight according to weight. This is calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address, but before you enter your billing information. Orders to any destination outside physical addresses in the lower 48 states in excess of 20 pounds may carry freight surcharges that will be advised with the customer for approval before shipping. Orders to any destination in excess of 100 pounds may carry freight surcharges that will be advised with the customer by email for approval before shipping. This policy has been revised effective 28 July 2006 due to increased shipping and fuel costs from our suppliers and shipping companies.

International Orders: We can ship to some international destinations. On initial orders we may require additional information. You will be contacted by email if this applies to you.

International customers (including Canada) are responsible for all costs and delays associated with the shipment. For most countries, the Postage cost is automatically calculated for all packages up to 15 kilograms. You will be contacted by email if your order weighs more than this, or if the cost is not automatically calculated for your country. You are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, health, and any other transportation and/or importation requirement. We are not responsible for international orders once they have left our warehouse. There is no credit or refund on international orders, regardless of the reason.

Compete Product Line: We carry hundreds of other products by EAS, MET-Rx, Muscletech, Atkins, Champion, Designer, and countless others. We generally price at 30% to 40% discount from retail and can ship almost any product within the same time frame indicated above (usually same day). Just drop us an email and we will advise of product availability and price.

Returns: We are happy to accept any unopened product for a full product refund, credit, or exchange for any reason up to 20 days after the date we orignally shipped it. We CANNOT accept returns of opened product. We can credit you back for the product cost, less our actual shipping cost. Please note that in many cases, our actual shipping cost is $6 - $15 per order (even higher in the case of liquid drink products). We will only refund and/or pay shipping charges if we made a mistake with your order. Email us (assist@nutripeak.com) with your return request and we will advise of the return procedure.

FDA Information: FDA regulates dietary supplements under a different set of regulations than those covering "conventional" foods and drug products (prescription and Over-the-Counter). Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), the dietary supplement manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that a dietary supplement is safe before it is marketed. FDA is responsible for taking action against any unsafe dietary supplement product after it reaches the market. Generally, manufacturers do not need to register with FDA nor get FDA approval before producing or selling dietary supplements. Manufacturers must make sure that product label information is truthful and not misleading.

FDA's post-marketing responsibilities include monitoring safety, e.g. voluntary dietary supplement adverse event reporting, and product information, such as labeling, claims, package inserts, and accompanying literature. The Federal Trade Commission regulates dietary supplement advertising.
